Climate for Sustainable Growth - White paper

This White Paper is part of the CEPS project ‘Climate for Sustainable Growth’, whose main objective is to analyse the impacts of climate change mitigation measures on the three pillars of sustainable development: the economic, environmental and social. It does so by looking at the positive as well as adverse - both intended and unintended - impacts of climate change mitigation policies and projects.

While this paper fully recognizes that mitigation policies have both positive and adverse impacts, the focus of is on any (potential) adverse impacts. This White Paper builds on five case studies developed by CEPS in an earlier stage of the Climate for Sustainable Growth project.
